The two hour sessions are delivered once a week and discuss relevant issues pertaining to your child’s age and their development and are designed to provide an overview of the positive parenting principles for any interested parent. Parents are actively involved throughout the 2-hour small group format discussions. They are given tips and suggestions for dealing with their children’s challenging behaviour, looking at short video clips showing other parents successfully dealing with the same issue and sharing their thoughts with other parents. You are also given you own workbook to take part in the group exercises.
