Being a parent is both a pleasure and a privilege, however parenting can be one of the most difficult jobs we have to learn and most of us do so whilst on the job. We know that many parents learn through trial and error and some feel disheartened, dis-empowered and unappreciated.
Therefore, Brilliant Parents feels it is important to not only support parents but to also celebrate the role of parents. The role of mothers has changed considerably over the years and parents are now increasingly under pressure to get the work life balance right and deliver both at home and in the work place. In addition, young people can be exposed to social ills and peer pressure that can have an adverse effect to them and the wider society, without the over-arching support and guidance from parents.
We would welcome a donation to help us meet our target of £5,000 to deliver a number of parenting classes to support parents in deprived areas across London. Any additional funds will go towards the continued programme development of delivering six to eight week parenting courses. We are looking for large or small donations to help Brilliant Parents continue to deliver this invaluable work of supporting parents.

[I’m] writing to express my sincere appreciation for the invaluable work that the Triple P Program and Discussion Group are doing in addressing various aspects of children’s behaviour and emotions, as well as providing insights on effective discipline strategies.
As a parent, I have personally benefited from the wealth of information and support offered by your program and discussion group. The resources and discussions have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of child behaviour and emotions, providing practical strategies that are grounded in evidence-based approaches.
The positive impact of Triple P on our community is palpable, and I am truly grateful for the commitment and dedication of the entire team. The wealth of knowledge shared during the discussions has not only enhanced my understanding of children’s behavior but has also equipped me with the tools and confidence needed to foster a positive and nurturing environment at home.
Moreover, the emphasis on the emotional well-being of children is particularly commendable. Understanding and addressing their feelings is crucial for their overall development, and your program’s focus on this aspect resonates deeply with me.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the facilitators and contributors who make the discussion group a vibrant and supportive community. The exchange of experiences and ideas has created a sense of solidarity among participants, reinforcing the notion that we are not alone in facing the challenges of parenting.
Please convey my appreciation to everyone involved in making the Triple P Program and Discussion Group a beacon of support for families like mine. Your efforts are making a positive difference in the lives of children and families, and for that, I am truly thankful.
