Brilliant Parents believes that self-esteem is paramount in achieving one’s full potential, whether as a child, a student, a friend or parent.  Self-esteem affects the way you see yourself and the way you live your life.

Mind the Gap was designed to give participants the opportunity to spend time looking at the person they think they are and become aware of the gap between that and the person they actually are.

By addressing subjects such as past and present experiences and forgiveness, the course aims to close the gap, so by the end of the nine weeks, the two perceptions become one, the true, authentic you, who is lovable, valuable and worthy.
